This service is operated by Tierra Digital SAS, an automated business assistant that works through WhatsApp. By using this service, you accept these Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. The purpose of the service is to assist in business task management through artificial intelligence.
2. How does the service work?
Our assistant communicates with you through WhatsApp to help you:
- Manage business operations
- Support ERP-type workflows
- Provide automatic AI-generated suggestions
To provide this service, we process data with third-party tools such as OpenAI and Google Firebase (Firestore).
3. What data we collect
We only collect data strictly necessary to provide the service:
- Your WhatsApp phone number
- Messages you exchange with the chatbot
- Usage metadata (date, time, interaction)
4. Purpose of processing
The data is used for:
- Generate personalized responses through AI
- Improve user experience
- Protect service integrity
- Comply with our legal obligations
The data is not used to train artificial intelligence models nor is it shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

7. Security breaches
In case of a data breach or unauthorized access to your personal data, we will notify you within a maximum of five (5) days from when we become aware of the incident, as required by law.
8. International transfers
Some data is processed outside Ecuador, by services such as OpenAI and Google. These transfers are made only to countries or entities that offer an adequate level of protection in accordance with Article 47 of the LOPDP.
9. Impact assessment and automated decisions
The service may use automated processing to respond to your messages, but we do not make decisions that affect your rights without human intervention. No profiling or decisions with legal effects are made without your consent.
10. Subscriptions and payments
- The service may require a monthly or annual subscription.
- Prices will be informed prior to billing.
- You can cancel at any time.
- No refunds are offered for unused time, unless otherwise provided by law.
